Since our establishment in May 2013, we have constantly grown our capacity and geographical outreach. Currently we are actively recruiting full-time and part-time staff in the following area:
Institute for Behavioral Health (IBH) is currently seeking qualified individuals with a basis of knowledge or a fundamental interest in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). A position as a Behavior Specialist provides opportunity, experience, and personal development in ABA. At IBH, we look for individuals who are committed to providing ABA services to children with autism. Our goal is to ensure an effective programming through involvement of a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Part-time positions are available for creative, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children with special needs. Applicants will provide in-home behavior intervention services to children with autism and their families using principles of applied behavior analysis. The individual must be comfortable taking direction from others and work independently. Individuals will receive ongoing paid trainings from Board Certified Behavior Analysts and licensed clinicians. This is a great opportunity for those who would like to pursue their education.
It is our intention to seek out persons of high potential and provide them with opportunities, experience, and personal development in ABA. While it is not expected, or required, for candidates to have prior training, it is important for them to possess a basis of knowledge or a fundamental interest in the field of ABA.
